In der K\u00fcrze der Zeiteinheiten muss ja doch so einiges untergebracht werden. So gilt es, maximal viel Beschleunigung zu erzeugen und dabei m\u00f6glichst effizient vorzugehen. Gerne spricht man auch vom &#8222;geborenen Sprinter&#8220;, der diese Aufgabe allein wegen der genetischen Programmierung seiner Muskelfasern gut beherrscht. Doch liebe Mittel- und Langstreckler: nicht abschalten! Denn jetzt kommen ein paar wichtige Argumente f\u00fcr alle Streckenl\u00e4ngen.<\/p>\n<p>Denn selbst wer auf die H\u00f6chstgeschwindigkeit nicht angewiesen zu sein scheint, profitiert vom Schnelligkeitstraining. Denn Schnelligkeitstraining erh\u00f6ht nicht nur die Grundschnelligkeit (als Basis auch vieler Ausdauerleistungen), sondern ist zugleich ein exzellentes Techniktraining.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/docswim.de\/index.php\/2020\/04\/06\/schneller-schwimmen-07-techniktraining-im-tempobereich\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">In Tipp 9 &#8222;Schnelligkeitstraining ist IMMER auch Technik-Training&#8220; haben wir das er\u00f6rtert &gt; KLICK HIER.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Denn kurz gefasst &#8211; wenn es mir gelingt, in einer kurzen Zeiteinheit technisch sehr korrekt und effizient zu schwimmen, hilft mir das auch auf den l\u00e4ngeren Strecken. Merke: denn so wird JEDER Zug verbessert! Es lohnt sich demzufolge f\u00fcr alle Schwimmer und auch Triathleten, regelm\u00e4\u00dfig in das Sprinttraining zu gehen.
