Dieser Frage sind wir in <a href=\"https:\/\/docswim.de\/index.php\/2023\/10\/16\/tipp-120-8x100-meter-besser-als-400-meter-test\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Tipp 120 &gt; KLICK HIER<\/span><\/strong><\/a> nachgegangen. Die Frage ist nat\u00fcrlich nicht mit einem klaren <em>ja<\/em> zu beantworten, denn es kommt ja immer darauf an. Das klingt abw\u00e4gend, doch bietet der 8&#215;100-Meter-Test tats\u00e4chlich in vielen F\u00e4llen deutlich mehr Informationen als der &#8211; vor allem im Triathlon &#8211; beliebte 400-Meter-Einzel-Test.<\/p>\n<p>Deshalb empfehlen wir, kurz vorher in <strong>Tipp 120<\/strong> zu klicken.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung ist es empfehlenswert, statt der angegebenen Pausenl\u00e4nge auf eine feste Abgangszeit (<a href=\"https:\/\/docswim.de\/index.php\/2022\/01\/03\/tipp-66-der-wichtigste-trainingspartner-die-trainingsuhr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&gt; Siehe auch hier Tipp 66 &#8222;Abgangszeit&#8220;<\/span><\/a>) zu wechseln. Damit kann der Test besser wiederholt und verglichen werden. Halte dich dabei an einige Grundregeln:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>gehe immer ausgeruht in einen Test<\/li>\n<li>schwimme dich sorgf\u00e4ltig ein<\/li>\n<li>lass die Zwischenzeiten stoppen<\/li>\n<li>ermittle die Herzfrequenzwerte in den Pausen<\/li>\n<li>notiere die Ergebnisse und das Testprotokoll<\/li>\n<li>wiederhole den Test sp\u00e4testens alle vier bis allersp\u00e4testens sechs Wochen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eine weitere Vorlage f\u00fcr die Erfassung und Analyse der gewonnen Daten kann dir auch der 8x200m-Stufentest geben, den wir in Trainingsplan 39 inkl.
