Dieses Wort sollte in den Pl\u00e4nen eines jeden Sportlers und Trainers einen gro\u00dfen Stellenwert besitzen. Denn es bedeutet auch immer, Routinen zu verhindern. Nat\u00fcrlich k\u00f6nnen Routinen im Alltag sehr hilfreich sein und uns auch vor unn\u00f6tigem Energieaufwand sch\u00fctzen, wenn es darum geht, einen Standard lediglich zu erhalten. Da es im Sport immer darum geht, den Leistungsstand zu heben, sollten aufkommende Routinen und damit auch aufkommende &#8222;Gem\u00fctlichkeit&#8220; sofort erkannt &#8211; oder besser &#8211; gebannt werden.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/docswim.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11156 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/docswim.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/DOC-SWIM-Instagram.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/docswim.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/DOC-SWIM-Instagram.jpg 740w, https:\/\/docswim.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/DOC-SWIM-Instagram-300x90.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Neue Wege finden<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deshalb soll es in diesem Tipp 115 darum gehen, routinierte Abl\u00e4ufe zu durchbrechen und auch mal etwas &#8222;Ungem\u00fctlichkeit&#8220; in das Training zu bringen. Wie w\u00e4re es, wenn wir einfach mal ein Wenden-Verbot aussprechen? Im Klartext: es wird eine Strecke geschwommen, auf der keine Wende, sprich Wandabsto\u00df, erlaubt ist. Pl\u00f6tzlich ist der Sportler gezwungen, neue koordinative Wege zu finden, um die Aufgabe zu l\u00f6sen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4hnlich wie bei den \u00dcbungen zur DEAD-START-Variante (<a href=\"https:\/\/docswim.de\/index.php\/2022\/08\/15\/tipp-84-dead-start-wie-du-dieses-trainingsmittel-optimal-einsetzt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Artikel + Video hier &gt; KLICK<\/span><\/strong><\/a>) beschleunigen wir aus &#8222;Tempo 0&#8220;, was uns vor eine ziemliche Herausforderung stellt. Schlie\u00dflich steht uns mit dem Wasserwiderstand ein beachtliches Hindernis im Weg, um Tempo aufzubauen. Also f\u00fcr jeden. Denn der Beckenschwimmer ist den explosiven Start ohnehin gewohnt und wei\u00df, wie wichtig die Beschleunigungswerte sind. Doch auch Freiwasserschwimmer und Triathleten werden in der Startphase besser aus dem Get\u00fcmmel kommen und bei der Bojenumrundung schneller wieder in den Rhythmus finden, wenn sie diese Trainingsideen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig in das Training integrieren.<\/p>\n<p>Wie immer soll dieser Tipp als Inspiration dienen, \u00fcber neue, andere Wege nachzudenken, das Training interessant zu gestalten.
