Beeindruckend. Doch das war nicht alles. Hinzu kommt noch die Silbermedaille \u00fcber 400m Freistil. Ein imposantes und erfolgreiches Programm, das die Kanadierin in Frankreich absolviert hat.<\/p>\n<p>Bei der Weltmeisterschaft in Singapur 2025 wurde dann aus der Silber- eine Goldmedaille.<\/p>\n<p>Hinzu zahlreiche Weltrekorde \u00fcber 200m Lagen (2:05,70 Min), 400m Lagen (4:23,65 Min) und 400m Freistil (3:54,18 Min). Hinter diesen Leistungen steht neben einem au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Talent sicherlich auch ein au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliches Training. So haben wir einen Trainingsplan von ihr f\u00fcr unsere Zwecke adaptiert (man kann auch sagen: entsch\u00e4rft), so dass er auf jedem Leistungsniveau geschwommen werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>So ist dieser Trainingsplan wieder eine Inspiration f\u00fcr dich als Sportler oder Sportlerin und nat\u00fcrlich auch als Trainer oder Trainerin.
