Die l\u00e4ngste Distanz ist damit genau 30-mal so lang wie die k\u00fcrzeste Wettkampfstrecke! Deutlicher kann man kaum darstellen, wie unterschiedlich die Trainingsbeanspruchung an den spezialisierten Schwimmer sein muss. Mit der enormen Bandbreite der Wettkampfstrecke erh\u00f6ht sich auch die Notwendigkeit, im Training klare Aufgaben zu definieren, um die individuelle H\u00f6chstleistung auf der Spezialstrecke herausarbeiten zu k\u00f6nnen. Als Sportler wissen Sie selber, wie unterschiedlich Ihre Herangehensweise an eine sportliche Aufgabe ist, wenn es gilt, f\u00fcr ein paar Sekunden oder mehr als eine Viertelstunde eine maximal gute Leistung zu erbringen. Von explosiver Energiebereitstellung und schnellen Bewegungen bis zur m\u00f6glichst z\u00fcgigen Realisierung eines ausgewogenen Stoffwechsels, der eine hohe gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Leistungserbringung m\u00f6glich macht, reichen hier die Forderungen an die Sportler. Explosive und kurzzeitige Belastungen werden \u00fcber die Aufspaltung energiereicher Phosphate abgesichert, w\u00e4hrend mit zunehmender Dauer die k\u00f6rpereigenen Glukosespeicher die Bereitstellung der Brennstoffe \u00fcbernehmen. Maglischo, Swimming Fastest)<\/p>\n<p>Um die Wirksamkeit des Trainings stets zu beachten, bieten sich klar strukturierte Inhalte an, die sich an den Stoffwechsel-Erfordernissen und weiterer relevanter Parameter orientieren. So gilt es, die Technik beispielsweise in Bezug auf Frequenz, Krafteinsatz, Atemrhythmus und individueller Voraussetzungen zu optimieren.<\/p>\n<p>Tests und Testserien sind folgerichtig ein wichtiges Hilfsinstrument, um einerseits das Training auf seine Wirksamkeit hin zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen aber gleichzeitig auch die Wettkampfsituation bereits im Vorfeld m\u00f6glichst anspruchsvoll zu simulieren. So gelten die angegebenen Tests nicht nur f\u00fcr die Spezialisten der jeweiligen Strecken. Der hohe Anspruch an die Wettkampfleistung bedingt, dass ein Schwimmer \u00fcber alle Bereiche eine Leistungsdokumentation durchf\u00fchren sollte.
