Vor allem dann, wenn man sein Training in knappe Zeitfenster dr\u00e4ngen muss. Gerade dann hei\u00dft es aber auch, von diesem knappen Gut nichts zu verschenken.<\/p>\n<p>Also im besten Falle aus 60 Minuten das optimale Ergebnis herausholen \u2013 das ist die Aufgabe der Einheit der Woche: das 60-Minuten-Workout. Qualit\u00e4t geht vor Quantit\u00e4t! Also kurz und knapp mit einem klaren Ger\u00fcst.<\/p>\n<p>Die Tempoaufgaben gilt es, m\u00f6glichst pr\u00e4zise zu absolvieren um die geplanten Tempo\u00e4nderungen und -steigerungen auch tats\u00e4chlich umsetzen zu k\u00f6nnen. Das bedeutet aber auch, wirklich locker zu schwimmen, wenn es hei\u00dft &#8222;locker&#8220; oder GA1 zu schwimmen.
