Besonders im Schwimmtraining kann man \u00fcber das Einf\u00fcgen von kleinen Tempo- und Stilvariationen Abwechslung in die Einheit bringen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Einheit der Woche zielt haupts\u00e4chlich auf die Entwicklung der Grundlagenausdauer ab, besitzt aber auch einige intensivere Inhalte, um die Konzentration und Variation zu erhalten.
