Das entwickelt das Wassergef\u00fchl, also das sensomotorische Empfinden und kann zudem kr\u00e4ftigende Wirkung haben. Der Schwerpunkt der Einheit der Woche: Technik + Schnelligkeit und Koordination!<\/p>\n<p>Soll der Transfer noch besser gelingen, so empfiehlt es sich, das gewonnene Empfinden unmittelbar in die Gesamtlage zu transferieren. Nur so kann eine technische \u00dcbung ihre volle Wirkung entfalten. Im Idealfall w\u00e4hlt man gleich die anspruchsvollste Variante, d.h. in Kombination mit einer Schnelligkeitsaufgabe, n\u00e4mlich den Sprint \u00fcber 15 oder 25 Meter.<\/p>\n<p>Hier wird die feine, und zugleich schnelle, Koordination gefordert. Deshalb schwimmen wir in dieser Einheit jeweils kurze Teilst\u00fccke in H\u00f6chsttempo und erf\u00fcllen somit noch einen weiteren Schwerpunkt: die Entwicklung der Grundschnelligkeit unter der Ber\u00fccksichtigung der technischen Komponente. Und der zus\u00e4tzliche Eeffekt? N\u00e4mlich im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes die a) Empfindung (Sensorik) und b) die Bewegungen (Motorik). Es gilt deshalb, die beiden Komponenten bestm\u00f6glich miteinander zu verkn\u00fcpfen, um physiologische wie auch kognitive Reize so zu kombinieren, dass Lernprozesse eingeleitet werden. Allein die Durchf\u00fchrung einer Technik-\u00dcbung garantiert noch lange keine bessere Technik oder ein ausgepr\u00e4gtes Wassergef\u00fchl im Anschluss.<\/p>\n<p>Kombinieren Sie die beiden Zielrichtungen miteinander, w\u00e4hlen Sie auch gerne individuell passende Technik-\u00dcbungen und nutzen Sie diesen Trainingsplan als Ger\u00fcst f\u00fcr eigene Ideen und Schwerpunkte.
