Denn er macht schnell!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ein Triathlonrennen ist bestimmt von einem mehr als z\u00fcgigen Beginn &#8211; taktisch ungew\u00f6hnlich, bedenkt man wie lange das gesamte Rennen im Regelfall andauert &#8211; und ist deshalb v\u00f6llig anders zu trainieren als die anderen Disziplinen. Dazu gesellt sich die F\u00e4higkeit, das Tempo m\u00f6glichst lange auf einem guten und auch \u00f6konomischen Niveau zu halten. Im Grunde alles auch Charakteristika, die in jedem Becken- und Freiwasser-Wettkampf auch zu finden sind. Und deshalb gilt dieser Plan f\u00fcr alle!<\/p>\n<p>Enthalten sind vor allem einige technische \u00dcbungen zur Verbesserung der Wasserlage und ein 10&#215;50-Meter-Intervallset, das den explosiven Start aus &#8222;Tempo 0&#8220; verbessern soll. Denn im Normalfall startet man im Triathlon aus dem Wasser ohne einen Startsprung. Doch genau diese Anteile des schnellen Beschleunigens sollte auch f\u00fcr den Pool-Schwimmer zum regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Training geh\u00f6ren. Dies erh\u00f6ht die Rekrutierung schnellzuckender Muskelfasern und verbessert die Sprintf\u00e4higkeiten ebenso wie den schnellen Aufbau des Tempos nach jeder Wende.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tempogef\u00fchl gezielt entwickeln<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Hauptserie gibt jedem Sportler einen Eindruck davon, wie er in der Lage ist, das Tempo und die Intensit\u00e4ten korrekt anzusteuern. Dies sollte jeder Wettkampfsportler beherrschen. Schlie\u00dflich h\u00e4ngt das optimale Rennen genau von den Qualit\u00e4ten ab, das eigene Rennen als Pilot und nicht als Co-Pilot, d.h. an anderen orientiert, zu gestalten. Mit dem letzten 100er gehen wir nochmals in die tiefe Erm\u00fcdungsresistenz und wollen mal sehen, was am Ende herauskommt. Meistens mehr als man denkt!<\/p>\n<p>Abschlie\u00dfend folgt ein wichtiger 400er mit klar festgelegten Atemrhythmen, um das bewusste ein- und ausatmen zu \u00fcben. Wichtig: der Atemrhythmus bestimmt das Tempo. Wird es also schwierig, den 5er-Zug zu realisieren hei\u00dft es, das Tempo zu drosseln.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Trainingsprogramm, das jedem Schwimmsportler hilft und dem Triathleten erst recht. Deshalb viel Spa\u00df an alle!
