In diesem Beitrag dokumentiert Martin die Phase zwischen den Deutschen Masters &#8222;Lange Strecken&#8220; im April und den DM &#8222;Kurze Strecken&#8220; und mit welchen Trainingsinhalten er diese 8 Wochen gef\u00fcllt hat, um bei beiden Meisterschaften in guter Form zu sein. Seine Medaillenausbeute deutet darauf hin, dass der Plan funktioniert hat.<\/p>\n<h4>Der Masters-Plan: 8 Wochen Training zwischen den Meisterschaften<\/h4>\n<p><em>von Martin Klein<\/em><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr einige deutsche Mastersschwimmer\/innen ist es jedes Jahr immer wieder eine Herausforderung, beide Deutschen Masters-Meisterschaften \u201eLange Strecken\u201c (Strecken ab 200m aufw\u00e4rts) und \u201eKurze Strecken\u201c (alle 50er und 100er, dazu noch die zwei 200er Strecken Kraul und Lagen) anzugehen.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Herausforderung insofern, dass der Abstand zwischen diesen beiden Veranstaltungen in der Regel 6 bis 8 Wochen betr\u00e4gt und somit kein gezielter Trainingsaufbau zwischen den beiden Meisterschaften mehr sinnvoll erfolgen kann.<\/p>\n<p>Eine einfache L\u00f6sung w\u00e4re, auf eine der beiden Veranstaltungen zu verzichten und sich gezielt nur auf eine Meisterschaft zu konzentrieren. Die andere Variante, die ich bevorzuge, ist die, dass ich f\u00fcr die 1. Durch die hohen Umf\u00e4nge kann ich die \u201elangen Strecken\u201c gut vorbereiten &#8211; dieses Jahr standen f\u00fcr mich dort die Strecken 200m R\u00fccken, 200m Brust, 400m Lagen und 400m Freistil auf dem Programm &#8211; und 2. kann ich direkt wieder in das Training einsteigen, ohne einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Trainingsr\u00fcckstand durch eine l\u00e4ngere Taperphase aufholen zu m\u00fcssen. Danach \u00e4ndert sich mein Training allerdings grundlegend. Ich schwimme k\u00fcrzere Wochenumf\u00e4nge: 12 bis 15km im Vergleich zu 20km und der Fokus liegt im Training nicht mehr auf Grundlagenausdauer (GA), sondern auf Schnelligkeit (S) und Schnelligkeitsausdauer (SA). Meisterschaft f\u00e4llt auch deutlich l\u00e4nger aus (siehe Tabelle 2), da ich mich von den intensiven Einheiten f\u00fcr den Wettkampf gut regenerieren muss.
