Dieser Leitsatz beinhaltet die Tatsache, dass jeder Sportler den Wettstreit ben\u00f6tigt, um die letzten Prozent des individuell verf\u00fcgbaren Leistungsverm\u00f6gens abzurufen. Nur in dieser Situation sind wir offenbar bereit, die Reserven anzugreifen, die ja eigentlich schon im Training verf\u00fcgbar w\u00e4ren. Rein theoretisch, denn es erscheint im Wettkampf ja nichts, was es nicht ohnehin schon gibt. Deshalb zielt leistungsorientiertes Training immer auch darauf ab, diese Reserven offen zu legen. Gelingt dies, ist ein signifikanter Leistungssprung zu erwarten.<\/p>\n<p>Wer hingegen zu h\u00e4ufig in routinierten Bereichen trainiert, festigt diese mit der Zeit, so dass ein Ausbruch nur mehr schwer m\u00f6glich ist. Wettkampf-Simulationen geh\u00f6ren deshalb in das Training von Leistungsschwimmern, Masterssportlern und auch Triathleten, um den Organismus mit hohen Intensit\u00e4ten zu konfrontieren. Dies ist die Voraussetzung f\u00fcr weitere Leistungsspr\u00fcnge.<\/p>\n<p>Zudem ist es von entscheidender Bedeutung, die Koordination auf den Wettkampf-Modus einzustellen und sie dahingehend zu adaptieren und zu optimieren. Wer im Training selten bis nie in die Wettkampfgeschwindigkeiten geht, wird koordinativ stagnieren. Schnelle Bewegungen werden zunehmend schwieriger. Eine steigende, d.h. vorbereitende, Belastung\/Intensit\u00e4t sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass der Organismus und auch das Gehirn in den Modus gebracht werden, die oben beschriebenen Reserven zu mobilisieren. Das ist nie ganz leicht, doch mit dieser Methodik bestens umsetzbar. Probieren Sie es aus. Gehen Sie konzentriert in die Tempoaufgaben, erholen Sie sich gr\u00fcndlich in den Pausen &#8211; und Sie werden ein hochqualitatives Training &#8222;ins Wasser bringen&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Regelm\u00e4\u00dfig oberhalb der Reizschwellen zu trainieren ist schlie\u00dflich der Schl\u00fcssel zum Erfolg!
