Das wei\u00df jeder, der einmal &#8222;voll gehen&#8220; musste. Ganz gleich in welcher Lage, so ist die 200m-Distanz taktisch sehr anspruchsvoll und auch in Bezug auf die Stoffwechselbeanspruchung sehr herausfordernd.<\/p>\n<p>Die vorliegende Studie hat verschiedene Parameter w\u00e4hrend eines 200m-Kraul-Rennens dokumentiert und ausgewertet. Wir fassen die Ergebnisse zusammen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Titel der Studie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Changes in kinematics induced by fatigue during 200M freestyle swimming<\/p>\n<p>Autoren: <span class=\"Autoren_Bib\">Sumi, N., Matsuda, Y., Akashi, K., Tagawa, T. &amp; Nishiwaki, T.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Erschienen: Japanese Society of Sciences in Swimming and Water Exercise (Hrsg.), XIII th International Symposium on Biomechanics and Medicine in Swimming Proceedings (Biomechanics and Medicine in Swimming, XIII). 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inhalt der Studie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Leistungsschwimmer bem\u00fchen sich um eine gute K\u00f6rperposition und Bewegung im Wasser, um die Leistung zu verbessern, da sie ein entscheidender Faktor f\u00fcr Wettkampfrennen sein k\u00f6nnten. Es ist klar, dass M\u00fcdigkeit die Schwimmkinematik deutlich beeinflusst, aber der Effekt wurde noch nicht quantitativ bewertet. Die Feststellung einer biomechanischen Ver\u00e4nderung w\u00e4re hilfreich, um den Mechanismus des sich verlangsamenen Schwimmens aufzukl\u00e4ren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Methode und Ergebnisse<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Zweck dieser Studie ist es, \u00c4nderungen in der Kinematik w\u00e4hrend des 200m-Freistil-Schwimmens quantitativ zu untersuchen.<\/p>\n<p>14 weibliche Freistil-Schwimmerinnen nahmen an dem Experiment teil, bei dem sie nach besten Kr\u00e4ften einen Test \u00fcber 200 Meter Freistil schwammen. Sie trugen ihre \u00fcblichen Trainingsschwimmanz\u00fcge mit reflektierenden Markierungen. Die Schwimmbewegungen wurden mit einem dreidimensionalen Bewegungserfassungssystem in Intervallen von 50 m gemessen. Das Blutlaktat wurde auch vor und nach der Aufgabe des 200-Meter-Schwimm-Tests gemessen, um den Erm\u00fcdungsgrad zu \u00fcberwachen.<\/p>\n<p>Es wurde gezeigt, dass ihre Schwimmgeschwindigkeit mit der Schwimmdistanz deutlich abnahm und der Blutlaktatspiegel nach der Aufgabe ebenfalls anstieg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazit der Autoren<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die biomechanische Analyse ergab, dass die Rotation von Rumpf und Becken zunahm, w\u00e4hrend die Position des Beckens nach unten ging und niedrig blieb, was anscheinend die Widerstandskraft im Wasser h\u00f6her verursachte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unsere Anmerkung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Ver\u00e4nderung der K\u00f6rperposition unter zunehmender Erm\u00fcdung zeigt zugleich die leistungs-, sprich tempomindernden Aspekte auf. Je unruhiger der Schwimmer wird, d.h. hier erkennbar durch eine zunehmende Becken- und Rumpfrotation, desto h\u00f6her wird der Wasserwiderstand. Demzufolge m\u00fcsste mehr Energie f\u00fcr dasselbe Tempo aufgebracht werden. Dies ist aber ab einem gewissen Zeitpunkt nicht mehr m\u00f6glich. Somit steigt der Einfluss einer unruhigen Wasserlage sukzessive an, was dieses spezifische Training noch mehr an Bedeutung gewinnen l\u00e4sst. Inwieweit eine Ver\u00e4nderung der Wasserlage nachteilig ist, haben wir in einem ausf\u00fchrlichen Beitrag versucht zu veranschaulichen.
