Der tote Start?<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Tempo aus dem Nichts erzeugen &#8211; der Trainingseffekt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr gew\u00f6hnlich starten wir in das Schwimmen mit einem Absto\u00df von der Wand oder sogar mit einem Startsprung. Beide Varianten erlauben uns, gleich zu Beginn ein sehr hohes Schwimmtempo zu erreichen. Tats\u00e4chlich ist die Schwimmgeschwindigkeit nach einem Startsprung auf den ersten Metern sogar h\u00f6her als der bestehende Weltrekord (in m\/s berechnet) \u00fcber 50 Meter Freistil! Kaum zu glauben!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/docswim.de\/index.php\/2022\/04\/18\/tipp-76-startsprung-wichtiges-trainingsmittel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Den Vorteil des Startsprungs als effektives Trainingsmittel haben wir bereits in Tipp 76 er\u00f6rtert &gt; KLICK HIER!<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In diesem Beitrag geht es im Prinzip um das Gegenteil. N\u00e4mlich Trainingsmethoden, die bei einem Start aus Tempo 0 m\/s effektiv eingesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen. Popul\u00e4r sind die anspruchsvollen Ma\u00dfnahmen unter dem Stichwort DEAD START.<\/p>\n<p>Im Video stellen wir acht Varianten vor.
