Denn erstens besteht oftmals nur ein geringes Zeitfenster &#8211; bedingt durch die Koordination &#8211; und zweitens droht tendenziell die Gefahr des Verschluckens.<\/p>\n<p>Entscheidend ist aber die Tatsache, dass das jeweils kleine Zeitfenster so gut wie m\u00f6glich genutzt werden sollte, um den Energiestoffwechsel abzusichern. Keine leichte Aufgabe, insbesondere dann nicht, wenn es um individuelle H\u00f6chstleistung geht. Aus diesem Grund scheint eine gut gekr\u00e4ftigte Atemmuskulatur von erheblichem Vorteil zu sein. Dazu gibt es verschiedene Trainingsmethoden an Land wie im Wasser (siehe unten Atemmangel-Training \/ Hypoxie-Training im Trainingsplan).<\/p>\n<p>Hier ein Trainingsplan zum gezielten Atemmangel-Training <a href=\"https:\/\/docswim.de\/index.php\/2018\/12\/03\/trainingsplan-70-atemlos-das-hypoxie-training-3-000-meter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&gt; Klick zu Trainingsplan 70 . <\/span><\/strong><\/a>Eine weitere Trainingsidee stellen wir hier ganz unten mit dem Trainingsplan 47 vor.<\/p>\n<p>Zudem gilt es, den aufkommenden Atemreiz dosieren und ggf. kurzzeitig unterdr\u00fccken zu k\u00f6nnen. Hier zu auch Erkl\u00e4rungen im Video unten. Ziel war es, die Wirkung von IMT auf die Schwimmleistung und ihre Beziehung zur Inspirationsst\u00e4rke und Lungenfunktion zu beobachten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>METHODEN: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcnfzehn m\u00e4nnliche Schwimmer (Alter = 15,1 \u00b1 1,1 Jahre) wurden in eine Versuchsgruppe (EG; N. = 9) und eine Scheinkontrollgruppe (SCG; N. = 6) eingeteilt. Vor und nach einem vierw\u00f6chigen aeroben Schwimmen wurden Lungenstr\u00f6me\/-volumina mittels Spirometrie, dynamische Inspirationsst\u00e4rke (S-Index), maximaler Inspirationsfluss (MIF) und Schwimmtests (50 m, 100 m und 200 m) gemessen Trainingsprogramm (R1-R2) und IMT.<\/p>\n<p>Eine anf\u00e4ngliche Belastung bei 50 % und 15 % des S-Index wurde f\u00fcr EG bzw. SCG angepasst. Nur das EG erh\u00f6hte die anf\u00e4ngliche Belastung jede Woche um 5 %.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ERGEBNISSE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der S-Index und MIF waren im EG nur nach IMT erh\u00f6ht (DeltaS-Index=18,0\u00b18,8 cmH2O und DeltaMIF=0,7\u00b10,33 L\u00b7min-1; P&lt;0,05). Dasselbe geschah f\u00fcr FVC (= 0,3 \u00b1 0,2 l) und MVV (Delta = 6,9 \u00b1 3,6 l\/min) (P &lt; 0,05).<\/p>\n<p>Bei <strong>Schwimmleistungen verringerten sich die EG-Schwimmzeiten signifikant<\/strong> in Bezug auf CG f\u00fcr 50 m (DeltaEG = -1,2 \u00b1 0,3 s vs. DeltaCG = -0,1 \u00b1 0,2 s), 100 m (DeltaEG = -2,9 \u00b1 1 s vs. DeltaCG). =-0,7\u00b10,5 s) und 200 m (DeltaEG=-7,3\u00b12,8 s vs. DeltaCG=-2,0\u00b11 s) mit P&lt;0,05.
