Diese klassischen Entwicklungsserien sind von hohen Intensit\u00e4ten gepr\u00e4gt und sind wichtige Zwischenetappen im Rahmen der Trainingsplanung.<\/p>\n<p>Mit diesem Trainingsplan wollen wir dieses Training in einen anderen Kontext r\u00fccken. N\u00e4mlich in der Kombination mit dem Lagenschwimmen. Somit erf\u00e4hrt das Schwimmen in der Hauptlage immer wieder einen &#8222;Bruch&#8220; in der koordinativen Ausf\u00fchrung, um direkt danach aber wieder gefordert zu werden.
